A summer beach house designed for Mrs. Ulrich and Via Hoffman. This beautiful residence is a combination of twin pavilions by the poolside, and underneath, the living quarters. All windows capture the breathtaking sunset as well as the natural ventilation brought in through the sea breeze. The living quarters being submerged underneath the pool is well protected from the intense heat of the sun during the day. At night, the house comes alive as the openness of the house brings the inside out, were one can enjoys the sunset as the sky paints a picturesque image of life.
