CANYON WOODS CLUBHOUSE

Laurel, Batangas

Canyon Woods is a planned community in Tagaytay City that includes a golf course, residential units and a clubhouse. The Clubhouse epitomizes the ability of the firm to create a synthesis of two divergent styles. The development created a mountain resort which looked at the log cabin as a prototype. The firm then took this direction and infused the building with distinct Filipino characteristics creating a whole new architecture that is responsive to the clients needs, the local culture and the environment.

As such the Canyon woods Clubhouse is a uniquely Filipino Building. The distinct roof lines mimic the local houses while the exterior rustic treatment is influenced by western prototype.
