As the main building for the APS, this structure houses Ateneo Graduate School of Business, the Ateneo Law School, the Computer Center and the Bankers Association of the Philippines. It is scheduled to be completed in 1998

The program called for diverse room types within the building. Facilities included a chapel, a large auditorium, medium sized lecture halls with audio visual capabilities, library, administrative offices, seminar lecture rooms, canteen facilities, computer classroom facilities, underground parking and traditional classrooms. This diverse program called for the development of the optimal grid system that was adapted to all room types. The structure is approximately 23,000 sq.m.

The building envelope looks at an environmental structure that is suited for the climactic building, it is designed to be naturally ventilated. Its architectural character is reminiscent of traditional Philippine form that modified to adopt to new materials.
