A weekend beach house designed for Mr. Ramon Arnaiz. This three storey residence actually gives the illusion of being a single storey family dwelling when approached from the front entry. The rear (shown in photo) overlooks the ocean allowing all floors to enjoy its magnificent view. A combination of sunshades and low glass railing, the user is protected from the sun and enjoys natural light and ventilation. |
